mysql connection drops with photoshop started

Hi folks,

I sometimes suffer from a very strange problem. I'm working on one of my projects previewing the pages with a local Apache, mysql and IE on Win2k. Then (sometimes, not always) after I launched Photoshop or Dreamweaver PHP can't connect to the local mysql db anymore. After I quit Photoshop it works again.

Any ideas????
