when i try and access my database from a web page i get this error
MySQL Connection Failed: Can't initialize character set 12 (path: default)
can some one please help me out with the "Can't initialize character set 12 (path: defualt) cuz i don't understand what it means by the character set 12 since the line it mentions is a simple mysql_connect() ...
if any one could shed any light on this it would be great
