myspace profile edit

hello to all. i searched a little around the forum but i didnt found something useful. maybe i didnt searched better. what i want is to give the users the possibility to change their profile in vb 3.7.2 like in my space so they can use photos as background or colors. i am not sure if "myspace rewrite pro can do that" thats why I asked here. thanks in advance
 
This i a standard feature in 3.7.x
Admincp>>usergroups>>Usergroup Manager
Open all groups 1 by 1 and scroll down to:

Profile Styling Permissions

Set how you want and save

:)
 
to add to that, it is globally disabled by default

go to AdminCP > vBulletin Options > User Profile Options > Profile Styling (Check)


That should enable it globally and adding what hoxxy said will do the trick :)
