my window always on top ??

I have created a new window using frames. I want my window to be always ontop of all windows, what ever window may be opened. I need not get the focusbut I want it on thee top. HOW?please mail me at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a><!-- e --> immediately.VERY VERY URGENT--------------------
