my site, nucleo.co.ukis going ok, but according to this site http://www.freewebsubmission.com/link-popularity.htmlmy site has this web presence.Google 0, AllTheWeb 2034, AltaVista 3, MSN 4, HotBot 8 and Lycos 5 links.Total links for http://www.nucleo.co.uk are 2054a few weeks ago it was total=1030 Google=0 Alltheweb=1017 Altavista=1 MSN=4 Hotbot=5 Lycos = 3 so things are on the up for my site.what i dont get is that in my web stats. (awstats) in cpanel, i get Googlebot (Google) - 188 hits - 2.93mb bandwidthAlexa (IA Archiver) - 57 hits - 1.73mb bandwidthUnknown robot (identified by 'crawl') - 18 hits - 219.79 KB bandwithWISENutbot (Looksmart) - 14 hits - 303.3kb bandwidthInktomi Slurp - 4 hits - 44kb bandwidth.now then, this shows that google is hitting my site...but why am i not in google yet any help would be greatly appeciated. I am new at SEO, so please be gentle.Looks like you have duplicate content at http://www.inucleo.co.uk that will get one of the sites banned. As for ranking in google http://www.inucleo.co.uk is #22 for the keyword nucleo which is not bad considering google returned 700,000+ pages.I would redo your title, descritpion and keyword tags. They don't seem to tell me what keywords you want to be found under...which means the spiders probably can't tell either. I think I'm smarter then them
i have the 2 domain name?...whats the big problem with that?I want to be ranked better for "professional Graphics Design" something along those lines No problem with two domain names. It's the content on each site that's the issue. You need to have unique content at each site or google will view them as dupes and drop one of the sites from the index....I would add "professional graphics designer" to you title bar...make it the only text in the title bar. Mention it a few times in your body content. Get more links pointing to your site that read "professional graphics designer".oh right...so how can i get the content different?..how about making http://www.inucleo.co.uk point to a splash page, and http://www.nucleo.co.uk point to the main page?..would that work?I dont know how good that link popularity thing is as i get -Google 4, AllTheWeb 26783, AltaVista 5, MSN 7, HotBot 8 and Lycos 7 links.And my worst enemy competitors are getting way less then me, yet i am still et to be found in the results.I suppose time will tell but if i have got that many links then i should be getting good page rank in a few months time.
