My web/forum has been hacked

I have received this email:

It has come to our attention that a PayPal spoof site has been set up at



76.7xxxx - http://xxxxx.com/images/1/



We believe that your website has been compromised.



We recommend that you change your password for your web hosting accounts as soon as possible, and then remove the offending material.



If you have any logs or data files that could help us track down the perpetrator of this crime, we would appreciate it if you could forward that on to us.

my host has suspended my account for this.

I don´t know what can I do...
 
Yes, I did it and they answer:

Hi, I received a letter form the abuse department that your site had a pay pal phishing site on it, and was given 2 hours to remove your site,
 
You can tell them it was hacked. They can check the IP which was used to set the phishing site up. And then see that it is not yours.
 
You have to search through the database and remove all remnants of his phishing. Look at the main code and see where he's pulling information out from.
