So I was checking back links for my site. ( www reyniersaudio com ). I noticed one I hadn't seen before. Here is the link to the site which holds the backlink to my site: http://www.concerteria.it/yourblog/daw-recording.htm
At first glance, I thought, oh good, the page is daw-recording.htm, looks related. Then I actually loaded the page and noticed that this was obviously an auto generated page. In fact the link to my site is no where to be found. If you look through the source code and search for "reyniers" you will see it. It appears to be hidden via css or js possibly.
My question is, should I worry about this? I have not done any sort of link building, directory submissions.. etc. Am I getting penalized for this link? What should I do. Is it possible a competitor is trying to get my site penalized by getting me added to obvious spam sites?

The site looks a bit odd but it looks more like some kind of news aggregator which takes related stories from different sites for it's own content. Perhaps some content on your site was picked up by it (that happens to me quite often).
