Social bookmarks will give valuable links and with enough good content (or one really enticing article) you'll start getting traffic.===================I agree with Steven D -- the site needs a redesign if you plan to get design jobs from it.Well, the most important thing.....there's lack of content in your website and the other you can say too much use of javascripts.First, add some unique content including your main keywords to your website and avoid too much unnecessary use of javascript.Also, add some text including your keywords at the starting point or at the first line of your webpage instead of flash images and also add a sitemap and submit it to google.And then work on building quality inbound links with anchor text containing your main keywords pointing to your website.but again, first add content to your website......Try to minimize the use of javascripts coz search engines can only read texts and ignore javascripts.
