My .NET code is throwing a strange error due to Ajax Toolkit

My .NET code throws the following error at random intervals :Type 'AjaxControlToolkit.TabPanel' does not have a public property named 'div'.The code works fine otherwise and my Ajax Toolkit is the latest version. Any idea how I can get rid of this issue forever?
