My keyword rank is problem

My site keyword is Web Development But Last 2 weeks is problem ranking is not imporve. {Last week March Keyword rank 30s} and {Last week April Keyword rank 95s}My Site traffic is imporve But Ranking is not imporve??? Please Help me.....
