My first client! ahhh!

My client wants a list of hosts which offer good monthly rates. Also, he wants me to come up with a price to charge me with. Only thing is, THIS IS MY FIRST CLIENT! AHHH! So, ofcourse, I dont want to charge to little, nor too much. Any suggestions? Any good hosts? Prices? GIVE ME ALL YOU GOT!!
