hi all please help, i held a domain for about 3 years when i forgot to renew it and it was taken away from and has now become some sort of parking page

now i had to buy <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.howzmyflying.com">www.howzmyflying.com</a><!-- w --> but i know alot of traffic goes through the old one.
i dont know how to get it back. please help
