I have created a blog readerspedia.com but i am recieving 0% traffic from search engines.
can any body here please help me how to seo it. thats a nice blog.

The most important thing you need right now, are links pointing to your websites from other websites. Google has to choose which is the most 'authoritative' result for a given topic, like SMS for example.
The more links you have, which are like 'votes', the more likely Google will think - Lots of people like this website, I should return the results for other users as well.
You will need to optimize on page for very specific keywords - the best source for traffic data is the Google AdWords tool.
