Multi sites pointing to main domian

Hi I'm a total noob when it comes to SEO so I need some advice please. I have a main shopping site and also 10 other urls all on the same same server. The urls are variations of my main sites url http://www.prestonpcs.com (This is my main site) - laptops -domainhosting etc. Now all I have done is created a static css index page with a "click here to enter shop " on it and some links to other sites + a bit of blurb about my buisness example http://www.prestonlaptops.comWil this be classed as spam ? and Black SOE me?
