MSXML - Problem creating setup program.

Hi!I have developed an VB application that uses the MSXML3.DLL. I have createda setup program with the Package and deployment wizard. When I try to runmy setup program on a "clean" machine I always recieve errors while it triesto register the MSXML3.DLL. The error message looks like this: "Initializationof the dynamic link library C:\WINNT\system32\msxml3.dll failed. The processis terminating abnormally."What am I doing wrong? Should I use another DLL? Do I have to install theMSXML3.DLL separatly?Thanks in advanceNiklas
