Moving from JSP to ASP.Net, How to manipulate page.aspx using the database?

When I used to work on JSP pages, I used to do something like this:\[code\]<% rset = stmt.execute ("select * from users"); while(rset.next()) { %> <div> <%=rset.getString(1)%> </div><% } %>\[/code\]I used to manipulate how a Page would look like depending on the database results.Now I'm working on ASP.Net, using visual studio and sqlserver, and I'm still a newbie, how can I do the same thing in ASP?
