Moving Forum?

Hi i have an existing forum that is located on mysite.co.uk/forums
I want to move it to new subdomain forums.mysite.co.uk

How do i go about this
i reinstalled vbulletin i am using 3.6.8
and all i really need is the users and threads transfered over
Which databases do i need to copy from old server to put on new server.

Will this work

If you are using CPanel or other .... create a subdomain and put the folder name /forums or you forum name ..

I am in hurry, if you don't understand i will give more info in few hours
