Moving forum directory

Is it possible to move your forums directory to e.g from /forum/ to just /
Any help will be appreciated.

only move it and that´s all, but if you have a portal or vblogetin put the right forum path

you should only take a look if the cookie path is set. If yes change it first than move your forum
