moved from one host to another now get white pages :(

I had 3.7.4 on an old host, I exported the mysql via phpmyadmin as I want to keep all the posts/users etc.

I installed 3.8.0 on new host and on that phpmyadmin I imported the 3.7.4 database.

All my posts are there, all my members are there aswell, passwords etc etc.. but whenever you click anything (threads, user accounts etc) you only get a white page :(

Please, any suggestions?
 
Can you get into admincp? If so, go to maintenance and rebuilds to reindex your stuff. Make sure you go to vboptions and fix any paths that may be different as well as in your config.php file, if you are not running vb in the root folder.

I have access to my admincp but thats about it. all the options seem to be set right and I check config.php, that seems to be ok aswell.

I did the rebuild options on all the buttons in the maintenance section and repair/optimize tables aswell...

I can't even create a new post explaining to people what is happening because when I click "New Thread" I get the white page there aswell :(

I even have nothing but a white page when I click the PM headers.
Your Notifications > Inbox > you have 4 messages but when I click any of them. white page :|
 
thank you for that Hoxxy, I just uploaded tools.php (I put it in the admincp) and ran it, I did all the options and still only get white pages :|
 
just managed to sort it out (approx 3 mins ago)

Not sure what it was but how I got it to work was:
1) create a whole new database (empty)
2) import my old database into the new empty one
3) changed info in config.php

All works fine now so I take it that there was something wrong with the new database I created / imported too.

Once again, thank you all for your help & suggestions.
