move tag cloud to left column & Rename word Forum

I use Tag Cloud on forum home & Latest Threds on Forum Home plugins and it above the forum & is working fine

I would like to move Tag Cloud and Latest Threds to the left Column

Please Help me ! It's kinda urgent!

Also anybody know how to change the word "Forum" to something else?
