Move search box?

I have added a search box like on the vbteam forums, but I have added it here:

But I have now decided that I want to put it here:

Which template do I need to add the code to in order to move it to here?

I also want to remove this from the navbar:

And add these 2 links to underneath the new search box:

I basically want it to look like this:
