Move Forum, Last Post, Threads, Posts down

I have searched and searched for a guide so I can move "Forum", "Last Post", "Threads" and "Posts" down under the category in vB.

Hm, i don't think so.

so the forum, last post, threads, post is UNDER the Main Category.
