Modifying XML PARENT NODE using VB script

I am trying to modify the XML node name not its value. I could nt do it.moreover i have to modify parent node name. Pls help it.Sample XML is here. in this XML, i need to modify ICOSTx into ICOS_ORDER_TX. Pls somebody help to do this. I have to modify around 50K xmls.Help me as soon as possible.
