Moderator Application System Help

Ive just installed the moderator application system but when members submit there application there getting this message

Fatal error:
No Users Matched Your Query
You did not specify a username for your post.
Unable to proceed with save while $errors array is not empty in class vb_datamanager_thread_firstpost in /includes/class_dm.php on line 765

Does anyone know how i can fix this please?
Even thou that message comes up the application does come through ok.
 
Its ok now ive fixed the problem now.
Ive had the problem for weeks and as soon as i ask help on here i sort it out lol
