missing input files on http://javascript.internet.com/naviga

I have down-loaded the source code from <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://javascript.internet.com/navigation/toolbar-menu.html">http://javascript.internet.com/navigati ... -menu.html</a><!-- m --> . The script as shown does not work -- it looks like there are 2 input files that are also required. How can I obtain these? Thank you
