"Miss You" email notification to inactive users

Hello All

Could someone tell me how to set this function at my forums?

so that if any member is inactive for say 1 month, an automatic mail is sent out on either daily ot weekly basis to that person, tell him or her that we miss them at our forums and that he or she should come back blah blah blah.......

i read the manual but couldnt figure it out. so is this option available with 3.7.3 PL1 which i am using, or do i need to install a hack or a mod?
