Mgc_chatbox HELP!

Hey everyone i recently tryed installing mgc_chatbox on my site, but for some reason it didnt show. people tell me i got to edit the usergroup setting on who can view chatbox, but i couldnt find where to edit it! PLEASE HELP!
 
Go To user group - Edit Permissions ->
Press Ctrl + F5 and search "MGC Chatbox Evo : Custom permissions" or "MGC Chatbox"

If that doenst shows up. You haven't properly Installed it
 
thanks, i got 1 more question.
the installation readme only says upload the files folder and the images.
what about the changelog and channel_icons?
where do i upload em
