How do you make meta http-equiv="refresh" refresh only once per visit?<!--content-->You make it point to a different page to the one that the visitor arrived on. Once it refreshes to the new page, it then sticks on that one. You have to put a noindex robots meta tag on the second page to stop search engines indexing it and the visitor arriving directly at the second page, bypassing the first one.<!--content-->
