I paste in the html code BUT when it then says to upload certain files. So i Download <!--more--> the zip file i extract and unzip everything, but then i dont know how to upload them? I am using micrsoft frontpage and i need to know HOW to upload files!!!<br />

Also if anyone has a good menu then post the link here to it.<!--content-->Go get yourself an FTP program. This can be used to upload files to your site, and is probably the easiest way.
