Members cannot see bbcode

Hello.I have a vbulletin forum and my members cannot see the bbcode when they're trying to create new topic or reply,but I can see it.What's wrong?Can someone help me ?
 
check out the corner of the text editing toolbar, there will be a button with "A/A" press it to see the bbcode and hide it! I can only think of that issue!

otherwise the problem makes no sense to me!
 
Never mind!I found it.
Ask the user to go to User CP > Edit Options and right at the bottom (Miscellaneous Options) change the settings to "Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing".
And if you want to place bbcode as defaullt use

vBulletin Options > User Registration Options > Default Registration Options > Options > Message Editor Interface > Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing
 
Don't ask the users to change the settings you can do it by your self for all users:

ACP -> Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query -> From Automatic Query choose Show Enhanced (WYSIWYG)...

You have to enable query permission in config.php if you allready didn't.
