Blackman was originally called frog but I banned him for insulting me personally, he has however signed up again and sent me a PM apologizing for his actions.
I have allowed his Blackman account to stay open but stated to him that the first time he steps out of place again he will again be banned, so please keep an eye on him and ban him if you think necessary. or pm an admin to do so if you do not have banning permissions
