Member Panel to the left

I want to disable the member panel, where users can login and show info.

I need to disableit. ANy idea? or there is an option to do that?
 
I've erased that part, but when a user try to login from a form that I've created, this member panel is called and showed again, but incorrectly.

How can I do like this forum?

At the top, the Welcome part

Well,this is a skin,so if I were you I'd download this theme and explore it :)
 
this what i do to setting my layout display...

1. i open style and tempales then i open example (username and password intro header) = i open 2 tab for edit ( 1. navbar. and 2. header) then i copy both

2. open mcoffice fontpage or dreamwaver(i use FP2003) then made 2 tab for navbar and header paste that source code.. then press design.. u got it.. its will made u confused coz display not good.. but if u always do that u not confused again and u know how to setting n trowh u want..
