I purchased a dropping domain name through snapnames about 6 months ago. It went to Melbourne it by default. I have now been trying to transfer it to my namecheap account.
I am waiting for a authorization code to be sent to me. I have sent a few emails to Melbourne it and not got any response at all. I have looked through there "support" area and there is no help there at all.
Has anyone been able to successfully transfer a domain away from them or actually get a response from them? I contacted namecheap and there is nothing they can do. I really want to move it away from them as i am not paying there over priced fee's.
Anyone know if i can do anything?
