I represent a retail chain in Canada that is currently sending approx. 1,000,000 emails /week. We are at our wits end here and I was hopeing someone would have some words of wisdom.
We are experiencing the throttling down of outgoing emails to ISP's. We have been whitelisted by all the major ISP's but because of their anti spam measures they are limiting the number of threads during a given time frame from a given IP.
Has anyone else experienced a similar slowdown?
