I use a forum, and just like ozzu, we've got a lot of pages cached in google.over 3,000 right now, and it should climb to 10,000+ eventually (google's only made one pass so far).what I'd really like to do is exchange footer links on the forum pages, but finding someone to do this with is a bit challenging... anyone have any advice on how I could go about finding someone to do this with? does anyone here have a sizable number of forum pages in google that'd be interested in exchanging links?I would google for Final Fantasy Forums and email the webmasters asking for a link exchange. If you want, I've got 3000 pages indexed in Google for my forums and I would be willing in a link exchange. (PR6 on main page)What website is it? The one on your post has 197 links!Johan007: it has 197 links, but it has ~600 pages indexed (on the site), and around 3,000 in the forums.ccb056: check your PMs.Be careful with this. I have a site that I bought links for (500 of them) after adding the links I was dropped from google and yahoo. It did not affect any of the other sites that also bought links from this site. I had 160+ links when I added the 500 so maybe I grew to fast and tripped some filter. It's been 4 months with no changeJust a word of caution.phaugh wrote:I only had links from them to me. It covered about 50 domains and 500+ pages. Yahoo still see the links as pointing to my site but I'm nowhere in the serps. I used to be #5...trying to get to the top spot. Moral of the story is there are no shortcuts!maybe you traded links with shady sites?I don't see how exchanging links could be bad in itself, it really doesn't seem like it could bephaugh is the site listed now? If not send me a link please so we can take a look. What's the best way to get your blog more traffic in Google, and get listed in there search engines? my site ishttp://www.rapper-mike-jones-media.blogspot.comblog or website its all the same...make a links page. Write about related sites and maybe ask them to write about an article on your site and thus link to it. Be very personal dont bomb a load of sites with an auto generated program. I thought the purpose of rss feeds was just to have the bots think you have current updated traffic.. Is that true?rapper mike jones fan wrote:
