Marquee Text issue

Hello,
ive just installed that mod and i have issue, all works fine but, mod,admins cant move etc (moderate options) threads, they can only delete, (all premissions etc are okey, they are like they must)
any idea?

ive installed vb3.7.3
used this

Yes it is...my problem is..after installing this mod, my moderators and admins cant use thread moderating options.
