manually installing PHP for XP<

Eh; well I had PHP going good but,
I just got a new harddrive (mega 120GB),
and I want to preserve my reeeally small
15GB one for games I play online + windows files.


1) Tried to Download from PHP.net
4.3.4 and use the Windows Installer-
any version, really, off PHP.net that
I picked the Windows Installer for didn't
seem to give me any of my .DLL files?? :confused:

I even tried to get the old 4.3.0
installer from my PHP book's CD-ROM :eek:

Anyways-- could a reason that this doesn't
seem to wanna work is cuz I'm putting it
on an external harddrive ??

Or that I'm trying to stuff it into
e:\apache ????

:( I need some major help here.ehhehe fixed, forgot to
restart apache :oI also made a tutorial in the forum just for this issue. you don't have to use the installer if you didn't want to. also I beleive with the installer it lacks some extensions. but not neccessary if you don't run them.Originally posted by scoutt
