I am looking for a server management team just like PSM..For some reason PSM won't accept me as a client again because of what happened in the past, which was not even serious. But, its now time to move on..Has anyone experienced any other good management teams? If so, please share.. Budget is $30 a month for 1 server.So what happened? So what happened? Well, um.. back in the day I needed money for a bill I had to pay so I requested a refund from PSM, and because I requested a refund they will no longer take me back..Which makes no sense to me, because they didn't refund me even though I was within their 30 days policy, but yet they decline me when I try to sign up. I can understand if they refunded me before, and they no longer wanted me to be a client of theres... but they didn't refund me and wont even accept me back which is very irritating. You submitted almost 30 tickets in the first few weeks of using our service and you said you loved our service and were completely satisfied, but you wanted your money back anyway. Then when we explained that our money back guarantee was to ensure satisfaction only, you made up a story all of a sudden that you weren't satisfied.

Just because you needed money to pay someone else, does not mean you should take advantage of us. We didn't give you the refund because clearly it did not apply, as you stated in your own words. Apparently you don't understand where we are coming from, otherwise you would not be defending your actions, and also saying that we are ridiculous for not accepting you back as a customer.
Once again, it is the principle, you tried to scam us, and whether you succeeded in doing so or not is completely irrelevant. We are not going to accept you back as a customer and put ourself in a position to potentially try to be scammed again.
We provided service to you, service that you said was completely satisfactory, and we deserve to get paid for it. You should never have requested a refund if you were satisfied with the service we provided. Then when we said no, you lied and argued with us to convince us to get your money back any way possible. Just because you were short on money and needed the money to use elsewhere, does not give you any right or justification to ask us for it back from us.I am looking for a server management team just like PSM..

After reading through this thread, I will have to say that I agree with ServerManagement. I see no ethical reason to request a refund from a company that has provided you with a service that you were completely satisfied with. Might want to keep that in mind, so as to not deter them and/or future providers from working with you.

Hmm, from reading their side it seems that they have a totaly valid point of not accepting you back. I do not think anyone here would want to go through the same story of where they would provide good service and then out of nowhere a client would be requesting money back being that an emergency or not.Unfortunately I agree with PSM because no company wants to put the effort into providing top-notch service to clients and shortly after have the client say they were not pleased with the service etc.I think it is a learning experience for the OP and since it was awhile ago - I can only hope that they have learned and someone will give them service. I doubt it will be PSM and to be honest, I don't think they should.I wish you the very best with your search.

After reading through this thread, I will have to say that I agree with ServerManagement. I see no ethical reason to request a refund from a company that has provided you with a service that you were completely satisfied with.
