Making rounded cats with images?

hello members

im in need of some serious advice as im very new to vb and i want to get my skin perfect but i cannot with out this :(

could someone on here show or tell me how i could make the forums cats rounded using images?

i have the tcat_right and tcat_left but i do no know how to implement them :(

your advice would be greatly helpful@)
