Making profiles appear on the side and badges?

When i post a comment how do i make mine and other user profiles appear on the left hand side of the screen and have badges? i will attatch a picture if you dont know what i mean

Use postbit legacy ....

ACP > Options > Style & Language Settings > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template > Yes

Go in User Ranks > add a rank and set Stack Rank to yes then it is recommended that you update user titles and ranks after adding, editing, and deleting user titles or ranks.
