Can anyone tell me how to make one?

The best way is to create a new style with no parent in vBulletin Style Manager. It will create a bare bones style for you that has all the proper hooks and settings for you to be able to do what ever you want to it without worrying about trashing the default style and reinstalling every thing ...

No use the standard vbulletin skin so you have something to work with its really just amatter of finding what variables belong to which template and a bit of knowledge with table based layouts. If you need help I can help you out.

Make a copy of the default one and use it as a base. If you mess up start all over.
