I would like some help on making a comment/feedback form.<br />

I would like it to say -<br />

Email -<br />
<br />
Comment -<br />
<br />
Then once it is filled in it should look like this -<br />

Me@somewhere<br />
<br />
I think, Blah blah blah <br />
<br />
<br />
