make sticky threads table

yo guys ive got the skin aria installed by vbstyles, im not sure weather this is the skin or weather you have to modify the templates.. but i would like my sticky theads to be in a seperate table to the rest of the normal threads,

this is mine-

and this is how i would like the sticky threads to show up-

also the threads that are sticky need to go underneath the post new thread and forum tools etc..

anyone help mee?
