Make posts as html files

hiiiiii, im new to vbulletin and i want the posts to be in html files. check the below link, even though it's a vbulletin forum all the links in the website are actually html files.

Why would you do that for ?
HTML is very easy to inject.. Its got no security whatsoever.. lol..
I wouldnt do this on your place =/
