It's not a scam...Don't post things that you don't know please :\
It's for real. You gain 1.25 cents per web page 30 seconds you view. 25 per day, and you get all of your referers and them same to you.

Your right, it's not a scam. But people don't like when you post stuff like this on their forums. I for one, don't like it. It's more like spamming.
