I am looking to create the effect that something is blowing in the wind with Javascript and CSS. Does anyone have any recommendations about how to make things appear that they are swaying back and for in th wind.Also I am going to have around 10 elements on the page. This is going to be done primarily on a mobile device. Is there a way to do this effieictly?
