Major problem - some people can't access my site whilst others can

As the subject says some people can view my site and alot of others can't. I would say 3 out of 5 people find it hard to connect to at least 2 of my forums on the same server.

Can anyone advise me what could be the cause and solution.

1 thing we did try was this:
How do I Flush DNS?

No difference.

What happens when they "can't access" your site, any error message? Have you opened a ticket with your ISP? The problem is far more likely to be them than you.

The isp's differ, I have no problems accessing the site at all.

Different browsers have been used.

No error message, it just doesn't load for them.

My host has been contacted but they dont see any problems and the people having these can load other sites with no probs just cant load my 4.
