Lol, exposed..

You've got 3 options:

1.) License your vBulletin
2.) Delete the software
3.) Go on untouched by the e-mail. I mean seriously, what are they gonna do? The worse that could happen is that they contact your hosting company and your account gets suspended. Just keep regular back ups of your Database and be ready to look for a new server.
 
I will go for option 3 lol!! I know for sure they wont spend much money on grabbing you to the court and sue you, coz they will be detecting 100s of people each day like this they cannot get everyone in to court then vbulletin cannot afford to pay to their staffs lol..

so get back ups... if they suspend the account get in to a new one lol..
