Lunar pages review

I registered for a lunarpages account about a week. After three days and no response, I sent these jokers an email, then they sent the following:

"Hello,

For security purposes to confirm you are the account holder, please provide the following:

cPanel or Plesk username or the primary domain on the account:
Last 4 digits of the credit card on file:
This request is for security reasons only.
If you can not supply the last 4 digits of the credit card, please provide:

cPanel or Plesk username or the primary domain on the account:
First and last characters of the password on file:
Your full postal mailing address:
Telephone number:

Ok, I did that. Next day...

"Hello,
Your server underwent emergency maintenance, you can read about it here:

for more information."

What ever that meant. I did not even know if my order was processed.

"Hello,
Im sorry for the confusion the previous response was not meant for you. Thank you for verifying your acct information. It appears that your account order was voided by our sales department, the IP address did not match the billing address and the phone number location was not found. You can resubmit your order if you feel this was done in error."

This made no sense at all. No mention on the signup page, so people cannot sign up through work or on vacation or while on business? Just stupid to say that. So lunarpages has my money and I have nothing... Refund, and that is what I am waiting on
now. So, their service was so bad I can only review their
signup procedure! Sho ga nai (japanese for: what can you do)

Since I have some video related sites in the works I was compelled by their gigs to give it a try. Foolish of me!
If anyone can point me to a host that can provide me with
some of the things below I would really appreciate it.

high reputation
Dedicated IP's
100-1000 gigs
foreign url registration
Discount on domains (I plan on buying many)
forums, blogs, ecommerce...
$10-15 a month
