In your vB install archive, there should have been a folder called "do_not_upload". In this folder is a file called tools.php. Extract this file and upload it to your admincp folder on your site. Then execute the file in your browser by visiting the address h t t p://www.yoursite.com/admincp/tools.php. Then you should know what to do from there.

Hope you some database backup....Go to your Sql table & copy hash info of your password & e-mail address & pur that in your orignal database & you will get your previous password...It helps me when i get thissame hacker thing...enjoy!!
